I’m Nicolas Kheirallah, a Microsoft 365 specialist based in Gothenburg, Sweden, with more than 10 years of hands-on experience helping organizations get real value out of Microsoft 365.

I’m a Microsoft MVP in M365 Apps & Services, with a strong focus on SharePoint and Microsoft Viva. For me, the MVP award represents deep technical expertise, active community involvement, and a practical mindset when solving real-world problems.

I work extensively with Viva Engage, Viva Connections, and Viva Amplify, helping organizations improve employee experience, internal communication, and collaboration in a way that actually gets adopted.

SharePoint

From architecture and governance to scalable intranet solutions. I focus on long-term, maintainable setups that support both IT and the business.

Power Platform

I build practical, business-driven solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and related tools. The goal is always to solve real problems, not just build something clever.

Community & speaking

I regularly present at community events such as Teamsdagen, where I help IT leaders and teams cut through the noise and choose the right tools for their needs.
